Job Description Responsible for Wireless LAN portion of the DSL/GPON/EPON gateway reference boards with integrated Wireless LAN SOCs. Test and verify SoC and board performance through boardtest and PVT test. Support customers’ DSL/GPON/EPON gateway board designs by reviewing WLAN portion of schematic and layout. Resolve any WLAN related HW issue, working closely with WLAN PHY software team.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Design WLAN portion of the reference schematic and work closely with layout team for layout design
• Debug and Test WLAN board-level performance of DSL/GPON/EPON gateway
• Work closely with multi-national team to identify and debug WLAN related hardware and software issues
• Work closely with worldwide FAEs for customer support
• Support customer schematic and layout reviews and assist in technical issues and problem solving
Job Requirements - BSEE or MSEE with 10 years hardware design experience
- Over 5 years working on WLAN RF hardware design
- Experience taking a WLAN hardware design to production
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent RF debugging skills
- Experience supporting customers
