Job Description ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) Team Lead
Basic Function:
Role:
The HCM Team Lead will direct the HCM team as his/her exclusive role through the full project lifecycle from Launch to Sustainment. The HCM Team Lead will report directly to the Sr. Director Total Rewards and Reporting and will also be accountable to the global ERP Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
Own system design supporting global HR processes within the scope of the ERP project
Develop detailed project plan for team within the overall project framework
Manage the global HCM teams dedicated and part-time resources, including changes in team membership over the life of the project
Manage resources across the global Broadcom HR community
Track project time and expense
Work with other teams to develop an integrated solution
Liaise with appropriate business groups to maintain alignment between the solution, the requirements and the business
Resolve team level gaps, risks and issues that are within the teams scope
Escalate gaps, risks, issues to the program office that require program level resolution
Communicate with the Project and the Business on progress
Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years in developing and managing HR systems and related processes; experience with Payroll and Time Management desirable
10+ years experience in the semiconductor or broader technology industry, either in a consulting or functional role
Experience in completing at least one full implementation lifecycle of SAP for a company with revenues in excess of $5B and with operations and personnel in the Americas, Asia, and Europe
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to handle high levels of responsibility
Strong organizational/project management skills
Enthusiastic/assertive/tactful/diplomatic
Ability to work under stress
Must work well in a matrixed/cross-functional environment and experience with process/procedural development
