Job Description This is a highly visible position, supporting the Senior Management within Broadcom. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting, Strategic and Long term Business outlook, ROI and resource allocation process across business Units, Cost reduction strategies, P&L modeling and competitive benchmarking, WASO and related dilution analysis, Capital structure Strategy and special projects as required.

This position is located in Irvine and has the following requirements:

• Minimum 10 years work experience with MBA, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Analytical, Interpersonal, communication, Organization, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Strong grasp of business strategy and ability to build relationships at multiple levels at Broadcom.
• A team player with practical experience in managing by influence.
• Strong self-motivation and leadership skills with ability to show strong cross-functional experience.
• A good understanding of Business Applications and Decision Support Systems.
• Versatile enough to implement Special Projects as they arise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Key member of 3 Year Strategic Planning Process
• Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting
• Lead long term P&L and capital structure strategy
• Develop complex financial models and reports
• Managing the operating plan and budgeting cycle
• Capital Structure analysis
• Develop a sound understanding of markets and products in each of Broadcom businesses
• Special Projects as required (ROI Process Improvements, etc.)
