Job Description Primary responsibility is to manage the next generation ERP project for Broadcom. This person will work within the PMO Organization, and partner closely with business leads in Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR, along with, business systems analysts, application developers, system administrators, and vendors to deliver the project in line with the timing and objectives of the project.
The Project will put significant change management and training needs on the organization and the PM will also need to project manage those activities across Broadcom globally.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management for a global, cross functional ERP implementation of SAPs fabless semiconductor solution
Integrate with other large projects that are strategic to the company and have a high degree of complexity
Drive governance around the use of a standard SDLC
Work with the executives, project sponsor, business leaders, and stakeholders in developing a 3-5 year plan to implement a new generation of systems.
Build and manage resource and financial plans to support the implementation
Drive all phases of project delivery
Facilitate the adoption of significant process change across the organization
Control the change management function required from ERP system implementations
Drive the project to completion in line with corporate goals
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Performs under the general direction of the Head of the Program Management Office, and works alongside the leadership team of the project,
Job Requirements Requirements:
Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations of major transformational technology projects in fortune 400 100 organizations
A track record of delivering change to an organization
A track record of bringing value to an organization
Led multiple enterprise wide SAP projects
A diverse background of roles and experiences
A track record of getting the job done when required
Deep experience in working in multi-geographical projects with resources distributed in multiple locations around the world
A functional business background in either HR, Sales, Operations or Finance
Strong written and spoken communications skills
Ability to negotiate internally and manage corporate politics
Ability to work across all levels and styles within the organization
A team player who can lead and not just manage a team
High tech industry experience is preferred but not required
Passionate about delivery, with a sense of humor
