The Facilities Supervisor must be able to perform hands-on facilities management, operations and maintenance tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment within our seven (7) Israel sites. The Supervisor, Facilities is required to demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands, and to supervise outsourced facility service providers at multiple sites. The Supervisor, Facilities is the primary stakeholder and a single point of contact for coordinating facilities MEP design/development, project management, repair and preventive maintenance responsibilities with third party consultants, contractors, vendors, governmental agencies, and will act as liaison between internal cross functional technical teams, Global Design &amp; Construction, and Corporate Services/Global Real Estate leadership team. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations the supervisor, facilities is primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining GRE project cost analysis, AOP, quarterly reporting, Project Appropriation Requests (PAR’s) project financial/budget, FM/PM schedules along with forecasting and analyzing issues which may impact the department's goals &amp; objectives. This position is required to conduct frequent progress meetings with global CS/GRE team members, all involved parties as well as attending monthly global project review meeting with the senior CS/GRE leadership team.

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Conduct project clarification and site survey/analysis
•Prepare preliminary budget, project planning, value engineering and submittal of PAR’s
•Meet with user groups and assess their near/long term needs
•Incorporate users/BU’s requirements into project programming/planning
•Work with Corp Procurement to secure professional services from designers, engineers, architects to finalize site design
•Work with Corp Procurement to qualify and select contractors/vendors/consultants
•Work with Corp Procurement to conduct project bidding process
•Finalize project cost, obtain approvals, and coordinate with Corp Procurement for setting up contractual agreement, purchase requisition, and processing purchase order
•Manage consultant engineer, MEP contractor, and repair/maintenance vendor
•Set up weekly meetings with all involved parties
•Prepare weekly meeting minutes and assign tasks for involved parties
•Maintain, track, and update FM/PM schedule
•Maintain, track, and update MEP, AOP, and preventive maintenance budget
•Resolve MEP and PM issues, and provide technical assistance to FM staff at all sites
•Facilitate and coordinate involvements of IT, Security, EH&amp;S, Furniture, Space Planning/Relocation, and Global Design &amp; Construction teams
•Conduct frequent Facility assessment, site visit, and generate progress report
•Conduct risk mitigation, assess, identify, and resolve any MEP design conflicts or specific field condition

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS &amp; TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor degree either in Construction Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
•Must have minimum five (5) years of Facility maintenance operations experience
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing a team of technical staff in multiple sites
•Must have a knowledgeable understanding of architecture design development, construction documents, and MEP engineering specifications
•Must have in-depth understanding and knowledge of industry standard MEP design/construction process, including scheduling, standard cost estimating tools, building materials and FM methodologies in all regions
