Job Description Broadcom is the market leader in highly integrated xDSL CPE products. In this position, you will be working with a multi-disciplined team to develop firmware for xDSL modem, implement standard based features, improve overall system performance and quality, resolve interoperability and field issues, and support customers worldwide.
Job Requirements
- MS or PhD degree in related engineering field and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong digital communication theory and implementation and related work experience
- Strong programming skills, proficient in C and Matlab, experience with assembly language a plus
- Knowledge in Python or other scripting language a plus
- Must possess excellent communication as well as engineering problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as be part of a team
- Comfortable working with customers
