Job Posting Title Customer Service Representative

Job Description Responsible for order management, new accounts setup, work with customers on new PO processing, reschedule (with agreed T&Cs) on weekly changes. Work with internal Planning, QA to resolve shortage, customer communication and as well processing returns from customers.
- Work with external customer, internal Sales, Marketing and Finance to properly setup new Direct Account which include completion of CAF, communicate business terms, and providing essential information for the setup.
- Process customer order and follow up with PLM and Planner to ensure ship date are given within 48 hours.
- Process Customer Change Order requests.
- Answering to customers' queries, including ship date, lead-time, MOQ, et. al.
- Follow up and co-ordinate with internal parties to fulfill customers demand and/or resolve customers' issue on delivery/order fulfillment.
- Process RMA, follow up with customer on providing full pre-RMA information, follow up with QA/PLM) on approval and following up until RMA closure.
- Participate and comply with ISO, 404s and other audit requirements.
- Any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements - Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor environment
- Experience/Work in Order Management process
- Experience in Peoplesoft/Oracle
- Strong interpersonal/communication/presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete routine tasks with high level of accuracy
- Work effectively within tight time schedule
- Independent and excellent planner
