Job Description We are looking for a Systems SW lead/manager with development expertise in complex systems SW spanning multiple broadband wireless technologies. The candidate will:
(i) work on leading edge products in the space comprising multiple IP based technologies such as 3G, WiMAX, LTE, WiFi, etc.
(ii) work in a highly dynamic environment with global cross functional teams (iii) architect and develop specify complex Systems SW features spanning HW, BSP, RF/PHY, MAC, Network, Transport and Application level, (iv) travel as needed in order to accomplish the above.
Job Requirements ? Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
? 8+ years industrial experience
? Individual contributor as well as a team player
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Ideal candidate would have had experience in three or more of the following aspects:
System SW Architecture and
Development
Product development life-cycle
Embedded Performance Analysis/Optimization (e.g., CPU utilization, power consumption)
Product design with multiple radios
Project planning and execution
Excellent knowledge and development experience in TCP/IP networking and/or RTOS/Linux inner-workings
Excellent knowledge of Telephony manager concepts and HLOS such as Android
Proven track-record of executing development projects on modem integration into Smartphone
Excellent people skills
Strong Individual contributor as well as team leader
