Job Requirements BSEE/MSEE/PhD 810+ years experience in high speed communication chip architecture and chip development. Strong knowledge & background in gigabit ethernet controller is highly desired. Hands on experience in the ASIC design process; including architecture definition, spec generation, RTL design, simulation/verification, synthesis, timing closure, and silicon validation are required. Must have good communication and documentation skills. Must be a self-starter and a strong team leader. Must be proficient with major EDA tools
